Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The Portas Family hopes everone had a great Christmas and New Year!

Ken, Carol, their children and grandchildren spent Christmas Eve with the Chmiliar Family in Edmonton, where most attended Great Grandma Helen's and Auntie Cheri's anual party.

On Christmas Day Jason & Sue served brunch to Ken & Carol's immediate family. Shawn & Danielle took their boys to Henry and Alice Laforce's for dinner and the rest all went out to George & Pat's for the day.

Ken & Carol hosted Boxing Day dinner for their children. New Years Eve and Day was quieter than usual with everyone relaxing and watching movies or spending time with a few closer friends.

Danielle and Shawn posted an update with a couple funny stories as well. Here are some pictures for all to enjoy.

Auntie Jeanne

Jeannie arrived from Winnipeg on the 4 Nov and we were lucky to have her stay in Alberta till the 12 nov.Carol and her best friend need at least a week to catch up on the latest happenings.
She was able to spend a couple of days with the Gitzel family around Leduc and Thorsby.
Ken & Carols whole family gathered on saturday for dinner with their aunt from Brandon where Jeannie has a new home after retiring a couple of years ago.
The pictures are of Jeannie's cottage north of Brandon in Riding Mountain National Park.
